I'm Head of National Programs at IEFT, a tourism school with six campuses. I lead the academic strategy with a team of eleven on the ground, for around 400 learners.
Before this role, I spent two years harmonizing the programs of those six campuses and bringing them into RNCP compliance. Earlier, at IFAG, I deployed digital tools across the network's 28 campuses, adopted by every team.
Alongside my job, I run a workshop. The rule: launch three ideas per sector, built with AI, and see what works. Every project is published with its real result, failures included.
The two feed each other. The levers that bring a player back (progression, regularity, immediate feedback) are the ones that move a learner forward. I test them in the workshop and apply them in training.
